With two different cultural backgrounds we connected on the poetics of space and pragmatics of translation.

With an M.Arch from Universidad Los Andes in Architectural Research and MSc in Architectural Technologies at SCI-Arc, Carolina brings over a decade of expertise spanning urban spaces to custom homes. She translates high-level design knowledge into sharp, intuitive environments—combining design rigor with a direct focus on how you actually live.
Eric | SCI_Arc
SCI-Arc trained with 5+ years of design experience across campus structures and innovative ADUs, Eric builds with vision and grit. He brings character to every project, guided by a deep appreciation for the stories found in vintage objects.
