Rising above the urban fabric of Bogota, 138 is a study in material contrast and elevated living on a budget.
The project is composed of two towers that "crawl" across the site, creating a dynamic silhouette that breaks away from traditional residential blocks. Within, the architecture offers a sense of sanctuary; the warmth of rich wood and the strength of refined concrete work in harmony to cradle the residents, providing a sophisticated backdrop to city life.
